Chao Group Ltd is an organization change and executive training consultancy.

Our mission is to create sustainable change and organization agility through people.

Our services are workshops and consulting to help clients create aligned leaders, empowered people, agile teams. These are the main ingredients needed to compete in a volatile, uncertain world. Recently we have addressed the following topics:

  • Restructuring to replace bureaucracy with trust for faster execution
  • Strengthening the desire and skillset of people to work in high performing teams
  • Developing leaders to cope with change and empower others
  • Modernizing human resources systems to support healthy work cultures

Since 1995, we have achieved 95% repeat business with over 100 multinational clients and professional services firms worldwide. We serve our clients from offices in Asia and the U.S.

Chao Group was founded in 1995 to address concerns from chief executives, who were frustrated their businesses were not achieving better performance, despite significant investments and efforts to change.

But available solutions were too complex or dragged on. Implementation was difficult. The challenge was how to create high impact change in a shorter period of time.

Chao Group discovered people need to take ownership for change. Success depends on their full participation and commitment. When change happens from within, it is faster and sustainable.

To achieve this, we first use our facilitation skills to bridge differences and build mutual respect and trust between leaders. People feel valued and motivated to change. Next, we work in partnership with leaders to co-create and align high impact change programs with strategic direction.

Finally, we assemble change teams to drive these change programs over time. Involvement throughout the process leads to greater acceptance.

Our expertise in psychology, change management tools, and experience working with diverse teams from different industries around the world has been the source of our success.
